1: POS Printer Setting

‣ Open Side Menu of POS
‣ Click last option "Printer Setting" as shown in image
‣ Then you'll redirect to the printer setting page

2: How many types of printers in POS?

‣ There are 3 types of printers that you can connect with your POS
‣ 1: Network Printer
‣ 2: Bluetooth Printer
‣ 3: USB Printer

2.1: How to connect Network Printer in POS?

‣ Choose Network printer from printer selection dropdown
‣ Take selftest of your printer
‣ Put your IP address in the blank box that you find in printer selftest
‣ Click connect button, your printer will connect successfully

2.2: How to connect Bluetooth Printer in POS?

‣ Choose Bluetooth printer from printer selection dropdown
‣ Click on "Please select device"
‣ A pop-up will appear that shows different active bluetooth devices around you
‣ Click on your printer model that already shows there example "Printer 001"
‣ Click connect button, your printer will connect successfully

2.3: How to connect USB Printer in POS?

‣ Choose USB printer from printer selection dropdown
‣ Click on "Please select device"
‣ A pop-up will appear that shows your USB printer port
‣ Click on USB port path
‣ Click connect button, your printer will connect successfully

3: How to add Multiple Printers in POS?

‣ Open printer setting page
‣ Click on Multiple Printers as shown in image
‣ Now you can see the Multiple printers page
‣ You can add both Kitchen and Order printers separately
‣ Choose any printer for your order receipt and connect
‣ Now choose other printer for your kitchen receipt and connect
‣ Now click on Test All Printers
‣ After test now click on Open POS

4: Kiosk Printer Setting

‣ Open Kiosk
‣ Click on button shows in right button
‣ When you click on this button different buttons rise-up
‣ Click on the highlighted button as shown in image
‣ Now you'll redirect to the printer setting page of Kiosk
