How is my order on FoodSted placed?

You can place the order by doing the following:

  • Signup / Login to your account
  • Drop your actual location
  • Choose the restaurant or store from available restaurants
  • Select the items you want to order
  • Add them to cart
  • Add the promo (if you do have any)
  • Click on checkout
  • Add the address
  • Select payment method
  • Slide to place the order
Can my order be cancelled?

Yes, you can get the order cancelled if it is pending on FoodSted. If the order is processed, it cannot be cancelled.

Can changes to my order be made?

An amendment in the order isn't possible once it is placed. The address or items cannot be added and/or removed. If you want to add something, you will have to place a new order of that item.

How can I know the current order status?

You can check the progress of your current order by clicking on the 'My Orders' tab in the application and there you will see the current status of your order.

Is there a minimum basket value?

There is no minimum basket value on à la carte items generally. However, it can be on deals and discounts or on some selected restaurants.

What should I do if my payment terminal displays "Printer buffer full"?

If your terminal shows the message "Printer buffer full," it means the printer memory needs to be emptied. To do this, follow these steps:
1: Swipe your merchant card.
2: Press [9].
3: Press [1].
4: The printer buffer should now be emptied.
5: Press [stop] two times to return to the main screen.
If you don’t have your merchant card, please contact customer support for assistance. Once completed, you can use the terminal as normal.

Can I save multiple delivery addresses?"

Yes, you can save multiple delivery addresses such as home address, office address, etc.

Can I give special instructions?

Yes. You can do this by sharing your concerns or comments in the 'Special Instructions' box on the 'Checkout' page in the app or website.

Will I get an update of my order?

Yes. A notification and an SMS will be sent once your order is processed or cancelled.

What happens if I do not get an update of my order

If you do not receive a notification/update of your order, please check spam/junk folders in your email or reach out to us via LiveChat.

How can I browse restaurants/stores near me?

You can drop your current location by clicking on the top right corner. The restaurants or stores located near you will appear right away!

What are Foodsted's operational hours?

FoodSted is open 24/7. You can place your order anytime from the restaurants or stores that are open near to your location.

How can I know about the current offers/promo codes?

You can check FoodSted's website or app and click on the 'Deals & Discounts' section. You can also find promos on the FoodSted's Homepage, if there is an active discount. Promo code details are also sent via message or email, if you are a loyal customer.

What is XOOM Subscription service?

XOOM Subscription service provides our valuable customers with free delivery charges of upto Rs.200 and 10% flat discount on 100+ restaurants.

How do I pay for the XOOM Subscriptions

Payment can be done online where you make a prepayment and get subscribed to Xoom right away or offline using cash-on-delivery option where the rider will collect the subscription amount from your location.

Can I change my email / contact details?

Yes. All you have to do is email your concern at info@foodsted.com. You'll be updated within 24 to 48 hours.

Can I have sponsorships for my business/event?

If you are looking for a sponsorship opportunity, share your proposal at pr@foodsted.com. We will take it into consideration and respond back if we are ready to do it.

Can I order from a non-listed vendor?

Yes, you can place the order from the restaurant which is not registered at our platform by using the 'Errand' category in the app. Your order will be delivered at your doorstep according to the promised time.

How can I have my restaurant registered?

What is the payment refund policy on FoodSted?

If the order is cancelled after processing, the amount will be added to FoodSted Wallet, and if Before processing, the amount will go to the same account from which the payment was made. If the food however, is prepared and the following scenarios are there, you will not be refunded: Incorrect / incomplete addressDuplicate orderNo response from customers' side when the rider is at the delivery locationA change in decision after food is prepared

My JazzCash amount deducted but order not placed

If you have paid via JazzCash but the order is not placed successfully, then please write to us at info@foodsted.com with details such as Auth Code / TID. You will be refunded within 7 working days.
