If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have to wait 3 to 15 business days for your refund in your account if you have paid through online payment, Debit Card or Bank Transfer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The refund will be processed from our end within 2 to 7 business days. Money should reflect into your account within 1-2 working days.

Refunds usually take only 3 to 5 working days.

The payment will be cancelled and there will be no charge will reflect on the transaction and funds will immediately reverted back to the e-wallet.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
