General conditions for use of the products and services provided by Foodsted Norway AS.

Please read the general terms and conditions below before registering or ordering FoodSted goods and services. By registering or ordering goods and services from FoodSted, you agree to the terms and conditions.

These general terms and conditions (the 'Terms') apply between you as a customer and FoodSted Norway AS, org.no. 926 426 249, address Bjørkeveien 2, 4315 Sandnes, Norway ("FoodSted") when ordering products via www.foodsted.com, www.foodsted.no or via our mobile application ("Platform").

By ordering through the platform, you enter into a direct agreement with the relevant FoodSted partner, and accept any sales terms with the partner.

The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FoodSted in connection with the services provided.

1. About the services

FoodSted operates the platform where you can order products from our partners. The products are delivered to the address you provided when ordering or can be picked up directly.

1.2 Product Offering

The selection of available products and partners depends on your location and varies over time.

1.3 Order and delivery

All orders are made via the platform. You can choose between delivery, pickup, or pre-order.

1.4 Delivery conditions

Delivery is made to the specified address. If you are not available, the order may be canceled and fees may apply.

1.5 Ingredients and quality

Partners list ingredients and allergens for their dishes. Contact the partner directly with any questions.

2. Price and payment

2.1 Price

Prices are displayed on the platform. FoodSted may update prices and terms at any time.

2.2 Offers and gift cards

Campaigns are valid only once per user, unless otherwise stated. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

2.3 Payment

Payment is made when ordering via card, bank or other available method.

3. Your responsibility as a customer

By accepting the terms, you confirm that you are over 18 years old and do not share account information.

5. Complaints, feedback and right of withdrawal

5.1 Complaints

If you are not satisfied - contact us immediately. We will try to resolve the matter quickly.

5.2 Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel within 14 days, except for goods that cannot be returned (e.g. food).

6. Customer service

7. Termination of user account

FoodSted may terminate access for users who violate the terms.

8. Miscellaneous

FoodSted reserves the right to transfer rights and obligations to third parties.

9. Disputes

The terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Norwegian law.
